Santiago el Grande Restaurant
Hotel Las Tirajanas is one of the best places to enjoy fresh regional and international products in perfect combination with local cuisine.
The traditional stews made from our grandmother’s recipes are elaborated in a special 19th-century steel pot called olla ferroviaria, which gives these slow-cooked preparations a unique flavour. We also elaborate innovative flavour proposals that combine ingredients from land and sea, a unique hallmark of our chef.
At the restaurant you can enjoy a wide range of international buffets, as well as a large selection of local products from Santa Lucía and San Bartolomé de Tirajana. We serve a variety of vegetarian dishes, stews, grilled meats, Iberian pork with potatoes and carrot noodles with currant sauce and Teror black pudding millefeuille… Eat healthy with products from our organic vegetable garden while you enjoy the best wines, such as Oro Blanco, from Bodegas Tunte.
The restaurant has spectacular views overlooking the Tirajana gorge and it can host banquets and celebrations for up to 250 guests.
Lobby Bar
The Lobby Bar serves snacks and a large selection of homemade cakes and desserts made by our pastry chef, specialising in coffee, hot chocolate and tea.
Pool Bar
The Pool Bar is located next to the outdoor swimming pool and it’s the ideal place to enjoy a refreshing drink or cocktail while you admire the stunning surrounding views.
